We have our own in-house architectural design department and can provide a full range of architectural services for building extensions, building renovation and conversion and new build projects.

The practice has assisted developers, local authorities and commercial and private clients. We have the ability within the practice to take a project from initial feasibility stage right through to completion and handover including all or part of the stages in between.

These services can be provided either on a full or a partial basis and this naturally includes feasibility studies.

This involves establishing client requirements, budget and timetable and advising on their feasibility, including initial site appraisal, advising on need for statutory permissions; advising on need for other consultants, e.g. engineers, quantity surveyor; review of design and construction approach.
