Final Accounts

This is particularly important where a contract is in place which it will be necessary to carry out a detailed assessment of the works to ensure that they have been carried out in line with the contract and that all alterations and additions have been dealt with correctly.  It is very important to ensure that this is assessed correctly as in most cases, once this account has been agreed, it cannot be returned to by any of the parties.

Easton Bevins in acting as Contract Administrators and generally monitoring works on site have vast experience in being able to assist you in the discussions and negotiations necessary to come to a conclusion with your contractor on the final account.  We are also able to assist contractors in determining the extent of works that have been carried out, monitoring and assessing any instructions made during the contract to ensure that all parties are dealt with fairly.
