Measured surveys are required in a number of situations, particularly for feasibility studies, where Planning Applications and building works are envisaged, but also to provide record information to assist in maintenance, space planning and insurance assessments.

Survey drawings might include any or all of the following:-

• Floor Plans
• Sections
• Constructional details
• Elevations
• 3D modelling
• Site layout
• Levels (spot heights or contours)
• Service layouts
• Trees, roads and other features

Once drawings are completed they can be used as the base information to make Applications for Consents, e.g. Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulation Approval and Fire Certification.  They can also be used to define land and boundaries, agree purchases, settle disputes and attach to documents such as Leases.  Dispute negotiation and resolution is one of our particular strengths.

Using our CAD software, we can create drawings you need to the required scale, either printed in standard paper format or issued electronically.  Amendments and updates can be provided when required.
