Planning Permission
Easton Bevins planning permissions

Planning Permission is normally required when the use of a building or land is changed, when a building is erected or other construction or engineering work undertaken and when existing buildings are altered.  Advertising signs also require consent under most circumstances.

In addition to Planning Permission, you might require Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent and Building Regulations.  These are dealt with on neighbouring pages.  Some forms of development, known as Permitted Development, do not require Consent.

Easton Bevins can help you establish whether your proposal is development under the planning laws and, when it is, the best route to obtaining the appropriate permissions.

We can offer a complete service from assessing a vacant site or standing building through a measured survey and feasibility proposal, to working up a full scheme with drawings and submission of an Application and supporting documentation to the Planning Authority.

Easton Bevins can offer planning and related services in connection with domestic, commercial and industrial property.  We can advise on simple planning matters as well as handling more complex planning disputes and appeals.
