Easton Bevins specifications

A specification is a document generally made up of preliminaries, which detail the general project requirements, contract information, contact information, programme dates and the contract terms.  This is then generally followed by the schedule of work, details of which can be found under the relevant heading on the left, but in principle, details the works to be carried out to the project and is then followed by the Materials & Workmanship clauses which describe the minimum acceptable product and workmanship standards for all elements of the building project.  This is then typically supported by drawings and further schedules/documents as required.

Easton Bevins are experienced in producing specifications for all manner of work from small domestic extensions, through to barge new build, residential and industrial/commercial projects.
