Ashleigh Stephens - Senior Building Surveyor

Ashleigh joined Easton Bevins as a senior building surveyor in September 2023. Having previously worked for several high-profile organisations he has gained a considerable breadth and depth of knowledge across a variety of industry sectors.

To advance his career Ashleigh has focused on expanding his knowledge and honing his skills. He has expertise in working on large, high-value projects and overseeing all aspects of the work to ensure a successful delivery.

Ashleigh has specific experience in the social housing and care home sectors. He has managed numerous multi-million pound refurbishment projects for both, including for specialist units at care homes, and found working in these sectors very rewarding.

He also worked as chief surveyor at a US-based, global engineering company with contracts all over the world. Here he was responsible for managing and maintaining Home Office and Ministry of Justice properties, including overseeing a team of building, and mechanical and electrical, surveyors.

In addition to this, he has delivered multi-million pound cladding remediation projects on behalf of clients through the Building Safety Fund.

As a senior building surveyor at Easton Bevins, Ashleigh is currently working on several large projects, including the refurbishing and re-roofing of large blocks of flats. He is also providing Expert Witness services alongside advising on project work that falls under the Party Wall Act.
