Ian has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and residential building surveying work.

He manages commercial surveying instructions practice wide, including dilapidations, building inspections, defect diagnosis and building surveying matters in relation to landlord and tenant disputes. He also acts as an Expert in a variety of commercial and residential disputes regarding defective building works, boundaries and liability for repair and accepts Single Joint Expert instructions.
