As a chartered surveyor, Ben mainly focuses on fire safety works including project management of fire safety remediation projects, and fire risk appraisals of external walls. He also provides site supervision/contract administration, advice for landlords and tenants on dilapidations claims, and produces schedules of works and specifications.
Managing Director of Easton Bevins, Mike Bull said, “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Ben and Richard as full Board Directors. They are both highly respected in their areas of building surveying and will be a valuable addition to the board. These are exciting times for Easton Bevins. As part of our ongoing expansion we have recently opened new offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London which Ben and Richard will be heading up. I would like to congratulate them on their new roles and am confident that they will play an important part in continuing to expand and manage the practice."
