In 2025, 80% of all enquiries for our Block and Estate Management Services have come from existing client recommendations – testament to the outstanding service the team delivers.
It’s fair to say that over the years Block and Estate Management has developed a somewhat negative reputation. Residents have grown increasingly frustrated at rising service charges and painfully slow maintenance work, while property owners report of faceless management companies and a lack of care and transparency.
Here at Easton Bevins, we’re proud to do things differently, and so we were thrilled to discover that so far in 2025, 80% of all new business enquiries for our Block and Estate Management services have come from positive client referrals and recommendations. It’s an incredible number that speaks to the standards of work and care the team offers.
