From feasibility to handover, our project managers can oversee the entire construction process. We are highly qualified and experienced in acting as project managers, contract administrators or employer’s agents for both domestic and commercial projects.

Our project managers are experienced in all aspects of the construction process. Whether you are looking to evolve an existing property or build from scratch we can manage the project throughout.

Our project managers, supported by our building and quantity surveyors, oversee the running of construction programs which reduce the risk of costly delays and over expenditure. Our team have great experience with managing cladding and façade remediation projects, and oversee sites in excess of £30 million.

We offer a highly personal service for private individuals and small to medium sized property developers. Our vast experience and expertise adds value, ensuring quality and cost control, and a timely and successful completion.

 

01 Design

We will consult with you to understand what you are looking to achieve and can carry out a feasibility study to ensure that your ideas can be realised at a budget that suits you. Our architectural team will then create schematic technical drawings showing building layouts and detailing materials to be used, before developing the designs and contract documents.

02 Tender

At tender stage we will prepare the technical specifications and pre-tender documents and send these out to selected contractors, who we ensure will be appropriate to carry out the work before inviting them to tender for the project. 

03 Start on site

Once the bidding is completed and a contractor has been chosen work can begin. As project manager we will arrange a meeting with the subcontractors prior to starting work and ensure that the site is ready for construction to start! 

04 Managing work on site

During the construction phase we will visit the site to ensure that works are being carried out to the required standard, and in line with agreed schedules. This enables us to monitor spend and ensure that works remain within the agreed budget.  Effective communication will ensure that you remain informed throughout. 

 

05 Completion

Once the project has been completed we will inspect the works and check for any issues that might need to be addressed. This is a very important stage and meticulous checking is necessary before signing off the work. 

This process will always involve following through with you once the work is complete, to ensure everything is as you had hoped and that the finished project meets your expectations.
