James is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years professional experience in property and surveying.

He is currently based in the Bristol office providing dedicated support and assistance to Block Managers, in particular, undertaking Fire Risk Assessments, Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Reinstatement Cost Assessments for buildings insurance purposes.

James has specialism in delivering planned maintenance and responsive repair works, providing the role of contract administrator and principal designer duties.
