Experienced applicants will have previous involvement in relevant construction fields; whether it be domestic, commercial, practical or academic.

Graduate Applicants

For a number of years we have sponsored undergraduate and postgraduate students on RICS accredited degrees. We are also pleased to offer work placements to students so that they can gain practical experience alongside their studies. We are proud to have close links with the University of the West of England (UWE), but welcome interest from students on any RICS accredited course.

We actively support and encourage our staff through their APC and assist with their route to become Chartered. We are proud of our excellent APC pass rate.

Work Experience

We work closely with local schools and communities to offer the opportunity for young people in full time study to spend time within one of the offices shadowing a designated member of staff.

We hope to encourage young people to explore the variety of work Building Surveying has to offer and contribute to providing worthwhile and informative experience.

Senior Building Surveyor

Easton Bevins are recruiting for a senior chartered building surveyor to be based in the Bristol head office.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dilapidations, contract administration, schedules of condition, TDD/pre-acquisition surveys, and PPMs.

It would be desirable for candidates to also have a working knowledge of party wall matters, employer's agent, FRAs, RCAs and other core building surveying services.

Ideally we are looking for MRICS/FRICS qualified but would consider AssocRICS or MCIOB depending on experience.

3 years post chartership experience preferred, or 5 years post qualification considered.

Fast track progression to head of department available for the right candidate.
