Easton Bevins adds Commercial Valuations to its growing list of services

Easton Bevins is delighted to add Commercial Valuations to its growing list of commercial surveying services. The department will be headed up by Pareemit Tyagi, a RICS qualified surveyor experienced in providing commercial surveys and valuations.

Why have a Commercial Valuation?

A commercial valuation is required not only when selling or leasing a property, but also for numerous other purposes. These include funding applications, planning for development, dispute resolution, determining stamp duty, and SSAS and SIPP pension reviews. 

Our comprehensive commercial valuation reports provide both a thorough appraisal of the property, and an accurate and unbiased on-the-day market valuation, making them suitable for many purposes.
