COVID-19 - EB Response
Posted 18 May 2020 By Easton Bevins
Following the government's announcement on 10th May 2020, we are working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide the outstanding service that our clients have come to expect from us, with the minimum disruption possible.
At Easton Bevins, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients, staff and wider communities and have put in place robust operating procedures to minimise risk.
Our offices remain closed to clients, but our team are working remotely, using reliable and secure IT systems. We are more than happy to conduct necessary meetings via phone or video conferencing software in order to meet your needs.
We are able to undertake site/property inspections under strict control measures; minimising contact, maintaining social distancing and adopting robust hygiene measures.
We are following the latest government advice, in addition to carrying out our own risk assessments, to ensure that we can safely inspect properties and sites. Our coronavirus mitigation measures that we have put in place are designed to minimise the risk of virus spreading and have regard for the current alert level. Our latest Standard Operating Procedure and Risk Assessment can be found using the links below.
It should be noted that we will not inspect any property where the occupiers are shielding, vulnerable or self-isolating.
We are closely monitoring developments and following official advice on the global COVID-19 outbreak. We will continue to amend policy and procedure to reflect the latest advice and provide reassurance to our staff, clients and communities.
