Buildings Maintenance
Planned building maintenance is designed to protect the condition and appearance of your property and, as a consequence, the value of your investment.
As part of an independent property consultancy we work with chartered building surveyors who can provide advice on structural issues and cyclical maintenance such as planned maintenance programmes (PMP).
For larger maintenance projects our block management team can advise on and arrange the preparation of specifications for tender. We can also organise statutory Section 20 Notices and consultation periods as prescribed by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
Our registered contractors all adhere to strict health and safety procedures and also have relevant insurance cover in place. The quality of our contractors work is essential/ paramount to our service, and we carry out regular reviews to ensure they deliver consistently high standards.
To meet required legal compliance and ensure the safety of your residents, our block managers will review the safety inspection and testing of on-site equipment such as lifts, fire alarms and emergency lighting.
