Easton Bevins Sharpens Focus on Building Consultancy with Block Management Transfer

Easton Bevins has transferred the management of 37 residential blocks, comprising 590 homes, to residential property management specialist Centrick, as we focus our attention on our core building consultancy practice.

Centrick took on full management responsibility for the portfolio from 1 September 2026. Three members of our team have also joined the business as part of the handover, helping provide continuity and retain the local knowledge built up while the portfolio was managed by Easton Bevins.

Focusing on our core expertise

Our work spans building surveying, architecture, quantity surveying and wider property consultancy, supporting clients and communities across a broad range of property and construction projects. Transferring our block management portfolio allows us to place an even greater focus on these areas, while ensuring the residents and clients within the portfolio move to a business with established residential property management capabilities.

Providing continuity for residents and clients

Finding the right company for the portfolio was an important consideration. Most of the transferred properties are resident-managed company schemes, and the move sees Centrick take responsibility for all 37 blocks. Centrick manages more than 30,000 homes across the UK, with services spanning building and estate management, build to rent, asset management and consultancy.

For Easton Bevins, the move provides greater clarity around where we focus our expertise and resources. Our priority remains helping clients understand, maintain and improve their buildings through practical, professional advice. By concentrating on our core surveying and property consultancy services, we can continue building on the areas where our experience delivers the greatest value.

Because ultimately, this change is about focus. It allows Easton Bevins to concentrate on the specialist property consultancy work at the heart of our business, while leaving the block management portfolio in the hands of an established residential property management specialist.
