Chris has worked at the company for over six years and his clients include residential home buyers acquiring properties such as historic dwellings, country houses, listed buildings and houses in multiple occupation.

His expertise extends beyond residential surveys to include areas such as reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes, regulatory compliance and specific defect inspections.

He achieved his MRICS Chartership in 2021, having graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England in 2018. He is based in the Bristol office and has a thorough knowledge of the local residential property market.
