Over the past few months Easton Bevins has recruited four new members of staff, all a welcome addition to the growing team.
Ashleigh Stephens recently joined as a senior building surveyor. Ashleigh’s previous roles include working as a consultant for a Building Top 150 surveying and construction consultancy and he brings with him a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of surveying.
Quantity Surveyor Sanj Khehra has joined Easton Bevins, having previously worked for the Hadley Group, a global mechanical engineering company. He will be based at our Birmingham office, and is looking forward to further developing his quantity surveying skills by focusing on the built environment.
Julian Stewart have joined our block management team to support this growing department. He previously managed a portfolio of let properties for CJ Hole and is keen to develop skills acquired in his former role. Julian is particularly enjoying having the opportunity to manage whole blocks of apartments and oversee larger and more complex maintenance projects.
Finally, Shaun Hunt has joined our surveying team. With a first-class degree in building surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, Shaun has acquired experience of residential surveying while working at Prinsegate. He is now keen to broaden his surveying experience at Easton Bevins as a next step in his career.
Managing Director, Mike Bull, comments: “We are delighted to be welcoming more new people into our busy teams. As a multidisciplinary property consultancy we provide a wide range of property services to meet the many and varied requirements of our clients. We have ambitious plans for the business – all of which will require additional resource. Having extra support in place will help ensure we continue to provide the high standards of service that our clients expect.”
