Easton Bevins appoints two new heads of department

Stuart Blick and Chris Gidney, both highly experienced in their respective fields, will be looking to grow their departments through the expansion and training of their teams and development of their client base.

Head of Commercial Surveying, Stuart Blick, joined Easton Bevins 18 months ago from the renowned international real estate consultancy, CBRE.

Stuart said, “The commercial surveying side of Easton Bevins has been growing rapidly and there was a natural fit with my background and experience. The standards at Easton Bevins are extremely high, we have a broad range of inhouse expertise and provide solid technical advice, as well as using our extensive local knowledge to support our clients. We are also approachable and provide a very personable service. I am really excited by this new role and the opportunity to grow and develop the team.”

Newly-appointed Head of Residential Surveying, Chris Gidney, has been at Easton Bevins for over six years, in recent years he has focussed on the residential side of the business.

Chris said, “There’s been a huge increase in demand for residential surveying at Easton Bevins. I specialised in residential surveying after achieving MRICS Chartership and really enjoy this area, so I’m excited to be able to grow and develop this department. At Easton Bevins we pride ourselves on being highly professional, providing thorough and detailed advice that really helps clients, as well as an excellent standard of service. We appreciate the importance of spending sufficient time both on site and writing reports, and win a lot of repeat business due to the quality of our work.”
